Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Digital Media courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including topics such as digital journalism, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in internationally recognized, peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise student research, graduation projects, as well as master's and doctoral theses.
- Develop and update curricula to align with the latest trends and technological advancements in digital media.
- Participate in academic accreditation processes and ensure that courses meet international standards.
- Lead advanced research and technical projects in the field of digital media, with a focus on big data, AI, and analytics.
- Provide digital media consulting and foster collaborations with industry partners to enhance research and practical applications.
- Represent the university at international scientific events, conferences, and academic workshops.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
- PhD in Digital Media or a related field from a recognized university.
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience in digital media or new media.
- A strong research record with publications in internationally ranked, peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience in digital data analysis, digital marketing, and communication across digital platforms.
- Ability to develop interactive curricula using modern digital tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in digital media tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and AI applications in media.
- Experience in supervising graduation projects and postgraduate research.
- Preference for candidates with experience in e-learning environments and blended learning approaches.
- Ability to provide digital media consulting and collaborate with industry partners to enhance research and innovation.
