Faculty of Business Tenure-Track Faculty Position Business Analytics

The Department of Business Administration and Analytics at the American University of Beirut – Mediterraneo (AUB Mediterraneo) invites applications for tenure-track positions in Business Analytics.

Applicants should hold a PhD in data analytics, data science, machine learning, digital marketing or a closely related field. Preferred research areas include website optimization and analytics, predictive analytics, machine learning, big data processing and blockchain technology, operations and process management, optimization and simulation, applied statistical analysis, data processing, social media marketing and analytics.

Candidates with teaching experience, industry or post-doctoral appointments, and a record of grant funding and scholarly publications are particularly encouraged to apply. Applicants interested in visiting positions are also encouraged. Applications should include a letter of interest, statements of teaching and research interests, CV, and the names and contact details of at least three references.

Consideration of received applications will begin on April 7th, 2025, and will continue until the position is filled. The expected start date is August 15th, 2025, with the possibility of joining in January 2026. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The American University of Beirut – Mediterraneo, a twin campus of the American University of Beirut in Lebanon, is approved by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) as a branch campus of the American University of Beirut (AUB) in Beirut, Lebanon. AUB operates under a charter granted by the New York State Education Department (NYSED), which registers the university’s degree programs and has approved AUB Mediterraneo as a twin campus of AUB.
