Independent research and publication activities in the field of Social Pedagogy
Development and performance of research projects
Regional, national and international cooperations with research departments and practical institutions
Participation in the application process for third-party funded projects
Independent teaching of courses and conducting of examinations according to the contract
Professional supervision of students of the Department of Educational Science in the context of academical thesis
Participation in organizational and administrative tasks as well as in evaluation measure
Your Profile
Completed doctorate/PhD in the area of Social Pedagogy
Proven publication and lecture activity
Advanced knowledge of social pedagogical concepts
Scientific expertise on topics of Social Pedagogy, esp. in social pedagogical work for childhood, youth and families, socio-culture and social problems, professionalization and shaping of the society
Research experience and skills in the development of socio-educational research approaches and methods (e.g. participative research)
Expertise in acquiring and managing third-party funded projects
Interest in networking between socio-educational research, teaching and practice
Excellent German language skills and competent English language skills for conferences and publications
Personal commitment to social topics and problems in society
Independent working style and ability to cooperate and work in a team
Interdisciplinary understanding
