Your Responsibilities

• Collaboration in research at the area of Human Geography as part of a dissertation project
• Collaboration in the ComPASS research group (Head: Univ.-Prof. Dr. Ulrich Ermann) with a focus on regional research and regional developmen
• Participation in the application process for third-party funded research projects
• Facilitate networking between academic and practitioner stakeholders  - building on existing collaborations in the field of regional development

Your Profile

• Excellent degree in geography and/or environmental systems science (specialising in human geography)
• Sound knowledge of theory and methods (qualitative methods of empirical social research)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Scientific curiosity and pleasure in imparting geographical knowledge
• Willingness for interdisciplinary and international cooperation
• Ability to work in a team and high communication and organisational skills
• Creativity and ability to work independently

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,007.20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
