The THz-Electronics Group of the Institute of Electrodynamics, Microwave and Circuit Engineering, TU Wien is offering a position (all genders) as project assistant (PhD student) initially for 1 year with a possible extension up to a maximum of 3.5 years of the project duration, the position is for 30 hours/week. Expected start: November, 2026. The focus of the THz-Electronics Group is the investigation of THz sources, detectors, and systems, with a special emphasis on the investigation of resonant-tunneling diodes (RTDs) and THz sources based on them.
