Duties:
- performing teaching duties on full-time studies and part-time in the field of psychology of education, developmental psychology according to the schedule
- conducting diploma seminars
- preparation and implementation of documentation of classes: syllabuses, evaluations, archiving of student work
- developing the content and scenarios of classes
- participating in the defense of diploma theses
- coordinating the work of other lecturers in the preparation of classes
- cooperating with the head of the Department
- taking care of the development of teaching competence through participation in
- participating in internal training sessions organized by both the department and the university, e.g., during the Week of Teaching Competence
- acquiring and implementing scientific and research projects
- conducting scientific activities and publishing their results
- participating in Department and Faculty meetings
- readiness to perform assigned functions and organizational tasks in the Department
- organizing and participating in projects carried out by the University and the Department
- participating in activities promoting the University, the Department and the Institute
- representing the University and the Department in environmental bodies
Requirements:
- a doctoral or postdoctoral degree in social sciences in the discipline
of psychology or related fields, and a master's degree in psychology - a minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching students and preparing teaching materials
- fluency in Polish and English
- experience in raising funds for the organization's activities
and implementation of projects - experience in popularization and commercialization of research results
- scientific publications in scoring journals from the list of the Ministry
of Science and Higher Education, preferred journals from the JCR list - participation in the implementation of domestic and foreign grants (as a manager and/or contractor)
- awards and distinctions for teaching and scientific activities
- active participation in national and international scientific conferences
- research interests in the area of psychology of education, developmental psychology, clinical psychology of children
- willingness to work on weekends
- declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work

- scientific CV with a list of scientific, teaching and organizational achievements and organizational achievements with direct reference to the eligibility criteria stated above
- scan or photo of documents confirming him receiving the required academic degree and professional title
- statement confirming knowledge of a foreign language at the required level
Formal criteria:
- academic achievements - 50% of the final assessment
- teaching achievements - 40% of the final assessment
- organizational and practical achievements - 10% of the final assessment
