The HPA Alpha Cell program at the Science for Life Laboratory in Stockholm is part of the Protein Atlas project (www.proteinatlas.org) at KTH. The newly started research program works to map the protein of the human body with a focus on analyzing different parts of the human proteome. This work is crucial for knowing which proteins are expressed in human cells and tissues under different physiological conditions.
As a research engineer, you will:
Perform analyzes of various defined proteomes using established methods and workflows.
Contribute to the development of the knowledge database presented at www.proteinatlas.org.
Assist in work with proteomics-related experiments to deepen the understanding of proteins in the human body.
