Your mission

We are searching for a highly motivated Research Assistant in Neuroimaging to join a large-scale multimodal, multisite research project focused on advanced neuroimaging and data-driven neuroscience. The position will involve neuroimaging data curation; structural and functional MRI preprocessing, quality control, and analysis, as well as organizing, cleaning, and integrating other relevant data from multiple sources. The successful candidate will contribute to building robust and reproducible workflows that ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and long-term usability for future research and collaborative analyses.

Your profile

To be eligible for this position as a research assistant, you must hold a master’s degree in neuroscience, biomedical engineering, psychology, cognitive science, data science, or a related field.

It is particularly meritorious that the applicant has shown

  • Experience in neuroimaging data management
  • Skills in programming or scripting languages, such as Python, MATLAB, or Bash

It is meritorious that the applicant has shown

  • Familiarity with The Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS)
  • Experience in data curation, preprocessing, and quality control
  • Experience with established neuroimaging analysis tools, such as SPM, FSL, FreeSurfer, fMRIPrep, MRIQC or other tools
  • Experience working with large-scale multimodal or multisite datasets

We value strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary research environment, are essential. The working language of the research group is English, and the candidate is expected to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English.
