The explosive growth of our digital footprint has resulted in a massive advancement in chip technologies. The growth in computing capabilities has outshot the growth in SoC memory capacity, resulting in a memory bandwidth bottleneck known as the ‘memory wall’. To overcome this challenge, magnetic technologies such as MRAM are being explored. We are looking for a highly motivated research engineer who can support rapid development of such technologies on 300mm wafer-scale processes. As a Test and characterization engineer on Magnetic Devices, you will be part of a team of device experts working on enabling next generation memories. Your role will be critical to enable rapid technology readiness level (TRL) advancement of our most promising memory technology solutions.
