Description of the research activity:

The researcher will be involved in the research activities of the Competence Centre for Mountain Innovation Ecosystems and the iNEST Ecosystem. Specifically, the project will focus on collecting and analyzing data related to the adoption of digital technologies and environmental and social sustainability practices, as well as the risks and opportunities associated with climate change in agricultural and/or manufacturing companies and their supply chains, with a particular focus on mountain regions. The objective of the research will be to develop a conceptual framework and model as a foundation for establishing one or more observatories on this topic. In addition to this work, the researcher will support the Competence Centre’s applied research activities, oversee the dissemination of results in both scientific and public-facing contexts, and participate in engagement and community-building activities within the iNEST ecosystem.
