La posizione contribuirà a rafforzare la didattica nell'ambito della LM Public Policy and Innovative Governance e del Master di primo livello in Amministrazione pubblica europea per le nuove generazioni e contribuirà al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di ricerca della macroarea di ricerca Law, Economics and Institutions. L’attività di ricerca consisterà nel ricostruire e approfondire i principi normativi sulla partecipazione e la co-amministrazione nell’ambito normativo europeo, nazionale, regionale/provinciale e locale in generale e con riferimento ad alcuni settori (es. ambiente, sociale, spazi pubblici).
