The University of Pannonia (UP), Veszprém, Hungary is seeking applications for PhD student positions in the fields of (bio)nanotechnology, biotechnology, material sciences, physics, chemistry, environmental sciences, ecology, business and economics, agricultural sciences, engineering and information technologies. The Host Institute, UP, is among the best Hungarian universities which provides a stimulating research environment.

Location
The University of Pannonia is located in Veszprem, Hungary. Veszprem is a friendly lively city about 100 km west from Budapest.

• Upon successful application, enrollment is provided to a full-time PhD program for up to 4 years according to the regulations detailed in the call.
• A competitive auxiliary scholarship is offered for outstanding students.

Required education and skills

• MSc in relevant fields
• good communication skills in English, both spoken and written

• experience in research work
• enthusiasm and devotion for science, persistence and the ability to take initiative.
