RF SYSTEMS

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
- (Re)define SAR ADC specification and architecture
- Run top level simulation to verify analog IC’s top level integration
- Implement SAR ADC design methodology and comparator layout within analog generator framework
- Characterize & validate ICs in lab & debug if required
- Publication of the results at a conference or in a scientific journal
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree plus 5 years experience or PhD is required
- Knowledge of ADC architectures
- Experience of designing Successive Approximation (SAR) ADCs
- Experience of layout floor-planning and ESD protection
- 5+ years analog IC design and validation experience
- Python knowledge
- Linux knowledge is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position is endowed with a gross annual salary of € 47.348 based on the collective agreement for research („Forschungs-Kollektivvertrag“) and depending on your experience and skills.
