The Chris Marine lab at the VIB Center for Cancer Biology is actively seeking a skilled bioinformatician proficient in analyzing and integrating single-cell and spatial multi-omics datasets.
The primary focus of this role is to delve deeper into the molecular mechanisms driving intra-tumor heterogeneity, plasticity, and therapy resistance.

Applicants should demonstrate expertise in programming languages such as Python and/or R, as well as experience working with high-performance computing clusters.
The successful candidate will be a team player, collaborating closely with other bioinformaticians, as well as cancer cell and molecular biologists, clinicians and pathologists.
