Description of the research activity:

Project funded according to Directorial Decree No. 47/2025 of the „Direzione generale dell’internazionalizzazione e della comunicazione“ of the Ministry of University and Research in the framework of PNRR, Mission 4 “Education and Research” - Component 2 “From Research to Enterprise” - Investment 1.2 “Funding of projects submitted by young researchers”, funded by the European Union - NextGeneration EU. The aim of the project is to monitor parameters related to the health and well-being of the South Tyrolean population, including levels of physical activity, sedentariness, stress, cardiorespiratory fitness, and sleep quality. Based on this data, intervention strategies aimed at promoting the adoption of active and sustainable lifestyles will then be developed and tested, particularly in those people who find it difficult to maintain a regular exercise habit.
